Chair of Intellectual Property Group
Erik is the leader of Whitestone Law’s Intellectual Property Group and head of the Litigation Group. His experience centers around high stakes litigation. Mr. Lund specializes in intellectual property and corporate matters. Mr. Lund has been involved in numerous Federal District Court litigations and trials at the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Additionally, Mr. Lund has extensive experience in patent prosecution and patent portfolio monetization. Mr. Lund’s engineering experience focuses on software, wireless technology, and robotics.
Chair of Corporate and Commercial Group
Andrew is the leader of Whitestone Law’s Corporate and Commercial Group. His experience invovles business law issues as well as intellectual property law rights. Mr. Stewart counsels clients on general corporate matters and intellectual property portfolios, serving as outside counsel to private equity funds, their portfolio companies and emerging entrepreneurs. In that capacity, he provides legal guidance in all transactions and matters including investment transactions, complex commercial agreements, license agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and when necessary, litigation matters.
